Newsletter list management and campaign management are handled through a self-hosted Sendy installation hosted on DigitalOcean. Newsletter delivery is handled through Amazon Simple Email Service, also known as Amazon SES. Depending on the setup and your interaction with the emails, newsletter-related data may include:

A) Lemon Squeezy checkout
If you purchase through the integrated checkout, payment and tax handling are performed by Lemon Squeezy, which operates as a Merchant of Record.
Lemon Squeezy processes personal data needed for the transaction (for example name, email, billing details, tax/VAT info, payment confirmation, receipts/invoices). I typically receive only what I need to deliver digital products, confirm licensing, and provide support (for example purchase email, order details, and product purchased).
